Are OathKeepers Really “Domestic Terrorists”??

04 Jan

domestic-terrorist-web As expected, the national media promotes an agenda of supporting collectivist propaganda, race-baiting, anti-gun activism, multi-culturalism, homosexual perversions (under the guise of “tolerance”), UnConstitutional federal powers, mindless “distractions” and refusals to expose corruption, etc, etc. The media is a powerful tool of the criminal mafia pretending to be our lawful government, and has influenced the mindless masses of the great unwashed seekers-of-benefits into supporting its perverted ideals and values.

As also expected, the same media propaganda is directed against the OathKeepers from time to time. We see stories in the papers or watch videos of our courageous and faithful OathKeepers coming to the aid of the People whose Rights are not being protected, and are shocked to find that our member are being vilified and criticized and mocked and threatened. We are being called “domestic terrorists” and “militiamen” and outright criminals for merely assisting our police brothers to keep the peace and to execute their constitutional duties to protect the rights of the people.

So what is the actual role of OathKeepers in these turbulent times? For the answer, we simply go to the corporate bylaws. All corporate entities are fictional and cannot act or think or reason or make choices. They require living men to “animate” them. Those men are authorized under their employment contract or membership agreement to obey the limitations and the objectives set forth in the creation document (corporate charter or constitution) of their employer corporation.

The Constitution for the United States of America sets forth very clear duties and restrictions on the federal government, and these are enumerated under Article 1 Section 8. Congress is allowed to create its own corporation to handle its commercial business in the territory within its seat of government and territories.

But the United States Government corporation is as bound by its bylaws as is the corporate OathKeepers. Both are artificial creations, and both have rules to follow. The trouble is that the rules of the federal corporation are wrongfully applied to “territories” that are not owned by the Congress, and not lawfully under its jurisdiction and authority.

Let’s take a look at the OathKeeper bylaws. It may be enlightening. In Section 8.02 “Restrictions on Membership”, OathKeepers require that anyone who violates the Constitution or advocates overthrow of the government of the United States, or discriminates or advocates violence against any person based on race, color, nationality, etc, shall not be a member.

The bylaws go on to say that it reserves the right to remove, withhold, deny, or revoke the membership of any member or applicant that OK determines will impugn, disrupt, dilute, or impair the OK mission or dishonor or in any way bring ill repute to the OK organization.

I am quoting Section 8.04, Code of Conduct, because it is too important to paraphrase:
“All members must understand that their actions not only reflect on Oath Keepers but on the entire military, law enforcement, fire fighters and first responder, former and current, community. We strive to maintain a positive image within our communities and states.

All members are fully and solely accountable for their actions while members of Oath Keepers. All Oath Keepers Members and Associates shall possess and maintain high moral and ethical standards and uncompromised integrity for continued membership in Oath Keepers.

All members are to conduct themselves in a courteous and lawful manner at all times. Members are expressly prohibited from fraternize with known criminals, known or suspected criminal organizations and their members, associates or affiliates. Oath Keepers and its members are responsible to maintain the integrity and honor of this organization.

Oath Keepers shall have a zero tolerance policy for actions that bring disrespect, dishonor or disrepute on Oath Keepers or the military, law enforcement, fire fighters and first responder community.”

Our stated mission is very simple: “Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of currently serving military, reserves, National Guard, veterans, Peace Officers, and Fire Fighters who will fulfill the Oath we swore, with the support of like minded citizens who take an Oath to stand with us, to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help us God. Our Oath is to the Constitution.

Bottom line is that we swear to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

That is why the national media vilifies us. But doesn’t the Constitution require that all elected officials at all levels swear to the exact same thing? So we should all be working together, across jurisdictions and across this land, just as we are attempting to do right here in Baker County.

“So we should all be working together, across jurisdictions and across this land, just as we are attempting to do right here in Baker County.” Great summation Jim!

A wise man once said “This town needs an enema” — (The Joker, Batman). If political so-called leaders in the District can’t clean up their act, we’ll clean it up for them county by county by simply by standing on principle and the Constitution and letting the rest fall by the wayside. If we continue to feed the parasite, the parasite will take and consume until they kill us, the host. But if the host quits feeding the parasite, the parasite either leaves or dies.
